Digital solution for every problem: In this example we discuss a use case featuring Google Maps, WhatsApp , Porter.

What to when is stress?

We all try to avoid stress.

We plan to avoid it.
We prepare to avoid it.
Some of us even pray to avoid it.

And yet… stress still finds us—at the most unexpected time, in the most unexpected situation—and ruins our perfectly good plan.

That’s what this series is about: what to do when you’re already in stress.

We all know the first step:

Step 1: Don’t Panic

Easier said than done, but it matters. Panic makes you waste time, miss obvious options, and make decisions you regret. So this is must.

Lets say you have got panic out of the way.

But then comes the real question:

Step 2: What Next?

The truth is, different situations need different solutions, so we’ll go situation by situation.

Solution: Use Google + Print Shop + Pickup Delivery

Instead of walking out and wasting 30+ minutes, you can solve it faster:

1) Use Google Maps to find the nearest print shop

Search for: “print shop near me” or “xerox near me”.

2) Send your soft copy to the print shop

Call them or WhatsApp them the documents and ask them to print immediately.

3) Book a pickup/delivery person

Use any local delivery option (such as Porter / Rapido / Uber) to:

4) Step out briefly to collect

You may only need to go till the entrance/gate to receive it.

That’s usually 5 minutes, not 30.

And honestly, most people in a line will agree to hold your place for 5 minutes—especially if you politely ask.

Why This Works (And Reduces Stress)

This approach turns a “day ruined” moment into a quick fix:

Key Takeaway

When stress hits unexpectedly, don’t focus on what went wrong.
Focus on what resources you have—your phone, Google, and services that can do the running around for you.

Stress shows up to spoil your plans.
Smart Digital Solutions to save them.
